The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be for the public interest:

1. To provide breast cancer education, awareness and charitable assistance to the general public, without any discrimination against any individual due to race, religion, color, national origin, age, sexual gender, disability or other classification protected by federal, state or local laws, including but not limited to outreach programs to underserved and underprivileged individuals diagnosed with breast cancer and their families, including but not limited to material emphasizing and relating to breast cancer treatment, prevention, diagnosis, research, recovery and coping through publications, sponsoring and conducting seminars, support groups, workshops, lectures, where ideas, opinions, writings and concerns related to breast cancer and breast care may be expressed and shared, as well as housing and providing information exchange;

2. To provide educational and awareness information access which may include, but is not limited to, maintaining facilities, a website, public lectures, public breast cancer awareness events;

3. Develop and maintain an online library for the general public and interested persons, containing books suggested for reference, articles and other materials related to breast cancer and breast care;

4. Prepare and publish quarterly newsletters and brochures free of charge containing articles informative of breast care and breast cancer issues;
